Today I went to Etsy to order some skinny, retro-inspired calling cards. I pulled out the last batch I did for myself and considered the pros and cons of doing this batch as well. It led me to wonder if printers used a different width of cardtock or cut everything to size. I held that thought and ran out to a yard sale that I wanted to stop by the day before. Lo and behold was the answer to who should do the cards. There were drawers of imprintables and card stock, much of it in the narrowed widths I wondered about earlier. That's a sign if I ever saw one.

I snatched up the pieces I couldn't live without, which was a shopping bag full. Heavy weight, beautiful paper and stationery from Crane & other top names. My entire bag was $15! The goods came from a former printing biz that is no longer in that location. It seems as if they left a bit more behind. The person selling it all off told me she should have more for me to go through by the end of next week. By September, I may be selling cards on Etsy myself! I also wanted some wall stickers to continue a theme started on another wall. The shop owners left behind some repositionable ones that I asked if I could retrieve and purchase. For $10 and a trip up on a ladder, I got them too.
